About me

Hi, I'm Carmen. I grew up in beautiful Appenzellerland. After graduating from high school, I set out into the big world and completed a bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. After some experience in the hotel and catering industry, I moved into field marketing and then completed a management trainee program at ISS Facility Services. In this company, I held several positions in Switzerland and Denmark over 7 years. Out of love, I moved to Copenhagen in 2020 and completed the NLP Practitioner in 2023. And realized that this is not only useful for me, but that I can also use it to help other people develop further.

I have enjoyed massaging since I was young. Over 10 years ago I wanted a theoretical background and completed a sports massage course. Since then I have enjoyed massaging those around me. I believe that touch is incredibly good for the body and I like to pass this on.

With Access Bars and massage based on Shiatsu principles, I have chosen two forms of therapy that support you in letting go and finding peace. Both things that were difficult for me.
